BD7049 slurry pump wear resistant repair coating is the high performance abrasion resistant,
corrosion resistant material which compounded by high performance NDI-PTMG modified abrasion resistant toughening resin and super hard wear resistant aggregate from the core technology of
Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd.It has both wear resistance and corrosion resistance characteristics.It is suitable for the repair and protection of various slurry pumps under the
working condition of heavy medium wear and erosion. The wear resistance is 2 times more than that of high chromium alloy.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: remove the dust and stains on the surface of the metal base material,and do the roughening treatment for it. After treatment,the surface should be clean, dry,rough and fresh.
2.Brush coating of prime coat: this material needs to be used together with special prime coat(the prime coat needs to be purchased separately). When using the prime coat, it should be prepared according to the
marked proportion of the prime coat,and then evenly brush coating it on the surface of the parts to be repaired with a short brush.
3.Preparation of wear resistant coating: According to the ratio of product labeling requirements (A:B=3:1),take an appropriate amount of A and B components and mix and stir evenly. The mixed prepared material
should be used up within the specified operating time (the materials after becoming sticky and harden can not be used)
4.Coating:Before the prime coat uncured,make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the surface of the prime coat uniformly,the coating should be compacted,the thickness of each layer for this product should be
controlled between 2 to 20mm,if the required thickness exceeds 20mm, layered coating should be used for construction.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating coated in the suitable size,you could also brush coating
the suitable topcoat on the cured wear resistant coating for decoration (the topcoat needs to be purchased separately),this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing
interference phenomenon in the assembly.
5.Curing: when finish repairing,it can be put into light load use at about 25¡æ after placing it for 24 hours. If the construction environment temperature is too low,the curing speed will be affected.
Heating or extending the curing time can be used to complete the curing.
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
